2. Initiating a Return

2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
